Amristar: The Bible Church of God is planning to hold a twenty-one day fasting and prayer from 16 November to 6 December, 2009 at the BCG worship hall, Court Road, Amritsar, Punjab.

Meetings will be held daily from 11 am to 3 pm and from 6 pm to 9 pm. This special season of fasting and prayer will be inaugurated by Pastor P. K. Varghese (Founder of BCG). During this season, there will be fasting prayer in other BCG churches as well.

During the prayer gatherings, several men of God are expected to minister. They include Pastor P. S. Philip (Asst. Superintendent, South India Assemblies of God) and Pr. M. K. Babu (Senior Pastor, Sacred Assemblies Fellowship, New Delhi). The pastor of the BCG Amritsar church has invited prayers of all for the said fasting prayer meetings. The BCG, operating from Amritsar in Punjab, has been a blessing to many for the past 33 years.
