Mumbai
is getting ready to host an 'Emerging Christian Leaders
Conference' on July 21 and 22, 2009.
This is an initiative of Dr AF Pinto and Mr. George
Hoskins. The purpose of this initiative is to envision
and equip District level leaders to facilitate church
planning, establish schools, open medical clinics, and
create business opportunities in their respective
districts; as a result we could impact the district as a
whole.
The conference will be led by the Rev. Randy and Becky
Young, Dr. David Shibley, Dr. Michael Coleman, Rev. Dr
Randy Valimont, and Rev. Robert Hoskins (President, One
Hope). Evangelist Sujo John will also be present.
The conference leaders are looking for young (25-40)
dynamic leaders who will transform the nation district
by district. From the cities they are looking for 5
leaders per district. Travel has to be borne by the
participants. All other facilities in Mumbai will be
borne by the Conference organizers.
Organizers will provide boarding, lodging and local
transport. There are no registration fees.
However travel expenses to Mumbai and back have to be
borne by participants. Delegates are required to reach
Mumbai by the evening of July 20 evening or by the
following morning and leave on the evening of July 22 or
the following morning.
