BAIL GRANTED AFTER 7 DAYS FOR CHHATTISGARH BRETHREN
Durg: Bail has been granted to the four Believers from the Bhilai Brethren Assembly, who were arrested after Hindutva fanatics filed a complaint against them for alleged 'forcible conversion" on April 15. The fanatics allegedly from the Bajrang Dal and Dharam Sena (Religious Army) attacked them while they were distributing gospel tracts around 8.30 in the morning. Alleppey, May 8, 2010: The principal of Believers' Church English Medium School at Gurupuram, Alleppey (Kerala) who issued a transfer certificate to a Muslim girl student allegedly for wearing a headscarf to school, has been placed under suspension by the school management. ALLAHABAD May 12, 2010 R N Pandey, TNN: In a judgment with far-reaching implications, the Allahabad high court has ruled that a non-Muslim bride must convert to Islam to marry a Muslim.
