Arunachel Pradesh: A 10-day Bible training and a 3-day
healing crusade in the city of Roing concluded on May
10, leading many to commit to a God-fearing and
Spirit-filled life. The interdenominational movement
under the leadership of Rev. Deepak Nabam organised
these meetings from May 1 at the Gamgu Prayer Centre,
Roing. Pastors and believ ers from throughout Arunachal
participated in these meetings with great enthusiasm.
They travelled by foot and bus all the way from the
places of Passigat, Papum Pare, Dambuk, Bejari, Mekha,
Tezu, Sagali, Upper Siang and Lower Dibang Valley to be
a part of this revival. The commitment of 800 odd people
to obey God's word and receive the baptism in the Holy
Spirit was obvious in their eyes as they were
consistently sitting in the presence of God for ten
days. 90% of the gathering were young adults between 18
to 25 years.
The works of the Holy Spirit were mightily manifested
during every session through deliverance from the demon
possession and healing of the sick.
Repentance and confession were apparent in throughout.
While prayers were offered for Holy Spirit anointing
people felt like being inside a furnace and they were
praising and worshipping in tongues. 91 people committed
their lives
For a separated life with Jesus Christ through water
baptism. 122 committed their lives for full time
ministry.
There was a 3 day fasting in between and 524 people
registered their names for the 3 day fasting. Pastors
M.K. Babu, Binny Mathew, Mathew Ebenezer and Deepak
Nabam were the speakers for this Bible Training. The
worship team of the Gamgu Prayer Centre and Senki Park
Prayer Centre led the praise and worship sessions.
Prayer warriors and ushers were active and dedicated for
round the clock ministry. All the participants went with
great zeal and dedication to lead holy and fruitful life
that pleases God the Almighty.
Pastor P.M. John and Binush John from Life Challenge
Bangalore visited during one these days and educated the
people how the drug addiction and alcoholism destroy the
individuals, families and societies. A committee under
the Chairmanship of Rev. Deepak Nabam was formed for
rehabilitating the drug addicts and alcoholics.
Arunachel Pradesh is predominantly a Christian state.
Passivity is the biggest challenge face. Deepak Nabam
Ministries in Christ is a movement to encourag e and
equip the Christians of Arunachel Pradesh for a Holy
Spirit led fruitful life. It is catching fire in most of
the districts of Arunachel.
Rev. Deepak Nabam, a young man with full of Holy Spirit
and passion is traveling throughout Arunachal and
preaching the living word of God. People from every walk
of life are attracted by his Biblical teaching with
great passion for God and compassion for the destitute
people. Many pastors and elders like Milan Modi, Pastor
Nanu Modi, Daling Ratan, Kasu Borang, Anne Borang, Kapak
Ori, Dadung Padung, to name a few, are standing with him
wholeheartedly for this noble cause. Deepak Nabam
Ministries have started Prayer Centres in Itanagar,
Roing and Sagali in order to pray for and heal the
mentally and physically sick.
